Updating from a non-MapSpeller™ 4.x Build

Recap, The Situation:

MapSpeller 4.1 (or higher) is to be installed on a PC that has:

The Solution:

	Print this procedure.
	Save the MapSpeller 4.1 installation package (14 Mb) to a location that is accessible to all PCs and all people who will be running MapSpeller.
	Remove the old MapSpeller Dependencies. You will need Windows administrative rights. Don't remove your personal dictionaries or the registration files.
	Remove the old ArcMap add-In.
	Close ArcMap.
	Double-click on the setup.exe file from within the installation package. The setup.exe, msi and esriaddin files are digitally signed by Edgetech America, Inc. The setup.exe installation installs the new MapSpeller Dependencies (spell-checking engine), which is shared among all users of this PC. At the end of installation wizard, make sure to keep the "Launch the program" box checked so it can also activate your own MapSpeller add-in.
	Start ArcMap
	If your MapSpeller was activated, you should see the MapSpeller toolbar. Request your keycodes from its Options dialog (under the Licensing tab).

If payment is due, contact Edgetech. The 90-day trial is free.
You will receive an email containing the keycodes from Edgetech within a couple of days.

Also Consider:

If someone else will also be using MapSpeller, that person will need to register under his/her own Windows username, and:

Double-click on the esriaddin file within the zip file I downloaded (follow \program files\Edgetech America\MapSpeller within the zip file)
Request his/her own keycodes. No administrative rights are needed for this.
