To spell check a layout page,
click the Run command on the toolbar or in its menu.
To spell check field values in a table, select
the Spell Check with MapSpeller command from the table column
header context menu.
Once proofing has run using either method,
the
Potential Errors dialog is shown if errors are found.
From that dialog, users can interact with the errors and fix
them at their original locations.
Important Notes
Users can fine tune the MapSpeller settings to their
likings in the
MapSpeller Options dialog prior to proofing.
When proofing the layout page, the MapSpeller spell-checker ignores all objects
outside of the page printable area.
The MapSpeller extension must be
enabled and the Professional Edition is needed to
proof tables.
