Who is Esri?

Esri, formally ESRI or Environmental Systems Research Institute, is the world leader in professional geographic information systems (GIS). The company has authored the ArcGIS product family that includes the ArcGIS Enterprise (that includes ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Portal), ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Runtime. Edgetech America, Inc. is an Esri Partner that developed the MapSpeller spell-checker for ArcGIS. It used to teach Esri certified courses until Esri closed its third-party teaching program.
