To zoom on or around a word on the
layout page from the Potential Typos dialog,
- Left-click on the row containing the word to investigate to
highlight it
- Right-click on the same row to get its context menu
- From the context menu, select one of the following options:
- Zoom On Word, to zoom to the extent of the word or its
paragraph
- Zoom in, to zoom in by a fixed factor towards the center
of the display
- Zoom out, to zoom out by a fixed factor away from the
center of the display
- Zoom Back, to zoom to the previous extent. Only
available if there is one.
- Zoom Next, to zoom to the extent that existed when the
Zoom Back command was run
- Zoom To Whole Extent, to zoom to the whole extent of the
layout page.
