Interacting with Potential Typos

When the spell checker is run, it gathers a list of typographic errors and corresponding correctly-spelled replacement suggestions based on a set of spelling options and users instructions. If typos are found, MapSpeller displays the errors in its Potential Typos dialog. By clicking on a column header from the Potential Typos dialog, users can sort that column values alphabetically (one click) or in reverse alphabetical order (two clicks). Users interact with each typo by right-clicking on it and calling its context menu.
 

 

To interact with a potential typo from the Potential Typos dialog, right click on its row and select a command from the context menu that appears. The following operations are available:
