MapSpeller Help: Bookmarking a Potential Typo

Bookmarking a word is useful for users who want to get back to that word's location after exiting the Potential Typos dialog.

To create bookmarks from the Potential Typos dialog,
  1. Select the row with the word to bookmark by left-clicking on it
  2. Right-click on the word to get its context menu
  3. Use the zooming and panning commands to get to the desired extent around the word
  4. At some point, close the Potential Typos dialog
To return to the extent of a word's bookmark:
  1. In the data view, activate the data frame (map) that contains the word
  2. From the ArcMap menu bar, a bookmark named after the word should be listed
    • In ArcGIS 9.2, under the Bookmarks choice of the View menu
    • In ArcGIS 9.3, under the Bookmark menu
  3. Select the bookmark to zoom to the extent set originally around the word.
