Version 4.1

   Ignoring a Spelling

To remove the row corresponding to a single occurrence or to remove rows corresponding to all occurrences of a potential error,
  1. Right-click on the row with that word to display its context menu
  2. Select Ignore Once or Ignore All Occurrences, respectively.

This will remove the row(s) without fixing the word or adding the spelling to a dictionary or Locationary™.
Important Notes

  • The status of the "Should Locationary words used to spell check maps also be used for layout objects?" checkbox in the MapSpeller Options dialog has no impact on the Ignore Once command. The latter only removes the active row from the Potential Errors dialog.
  • If the spell-checker is rerun, the words that where originally ignored will show up again in the Potential Errors dialog.
