Automating the Distribution of Locationaries™ |

The easiest way of distributing a customized system Locationary™
template to all new users at MapSpeller™
3.1 is by overwriting the User_Polygon_Locationary.shp shapefile that
resides within the MapSpeller 3.1 esriaddin file and sharing that
esriaddin among all new users. Once a new user named XYZ installs the
add-in, MapSpeller will copy this Locationary to the user's Windows
profile:
Esriaddin files are actually zip files. To see their contents, rename the file extension as zip. The zip file can then be uncompressed to substitute the User_Polygon_Locationary.shp and associated files using ArcCatalog™ , and then recompressed and renamed with the esriaddin extension. |

| The custom Locationary will also be automatically distributed to all existing users who may have deleted or renamed their own user Locationary. | |
